Compensation: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 + bonus

Responsibilities for the Tax Research Associate include:
- Conducting in-depth research on federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and rulings
- Analyzing and interpreting complex tax codes to provide accurate and actionable insights
- Assisting in tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial positions
- Preparing and reviewing tax-related documentation, including returns and forms
- Staying updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance on transactions
- Participating in client meetings, explaining tax implications and strategies
- Assisting in responding to tax inquiries from clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Utilizing tax software and tools for accurate computations and reporting
- Supporting the development of tax-related presentations and educational materials
Qualifications for the Tax Research Associate include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in tax research, compliance, or advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax research software and financial modeling tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
