Job Overview – Manager, Talent Acquisition:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment efforts for sales, marketing, and corporate services. This role involves developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000/year + bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Manager, Talent Acquisition:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead talent acquisition efforts aligned with business goals and develop/implement TA strategy with senior leadership.
  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
  • Assessment and Selection: Conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers for data-driven decisions, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Data Analysis and Compliance: Track recruitment metrics, generate insights, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and promote diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications for the Manager, Talent Acquisition:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in talent acquisition with strategic and project management experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical: Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment software.
  • Other: HR certification is a plus.
