JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate team of recruiters, including the successful execution of sourcing, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop a process that supports a positive candidate experience and leads to high retention of top candidates
- Collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies that fit the needs of the company
- Develop company branding to sell the company as a great place to work and attract top talent
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum of 5 years in a TA role, with 2 of those in a managerial / lead role
- Global experience heavily preferred
