Title: Superintendent- Commercial/Industrial
Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 + bonus
Location: Northern New Jersey, NJ
Atlantic Group is representing a Superintendent opportunity with a very well-established GC with five offices located throughout the Northeast. This position is based out of the Northern, NJ area. Most projects are established in Central and North New Jersey. The Superintendent will oversee site safety and will report directly to Senior Management.

- Responsibilities include issuing site safety permits, coordinating equipment & material deliveries, and establishing punch-lists
- Will attend weekly meetings with Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure proper coordination

Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction management and/or craft supervision experience
- Must be OSHA 10 certified
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, life science, and or healthcare industries is a must
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
