Job Overview – Sourcing Manager:
Join our client's team as a Sourcing Manager, where you will assume a key role in managing purchasing activities across diverse indirect procurement categories.
Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 / hourly
Location: Broomfield, Colorado – Hybrid
Responsibilities of the Sourcing Manager include:
- Driving sourcing activities for diverse categories, including Refrigerated Warehousing, Creative Marketing Agencies, CAPEX, HR Services, and more
- Analyzing current practices, conduct market research, and identify new suppliers and opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and execute category-sourcing strategies
- Managing supplier contracts, negotiate pricing, and facilitate contract ratification
- Evaluating and improving supplier performance through regular business reviews
- Leading activities related to budget control, spend visibility, and savings tracking
Qualifications of the Sourcing Manager include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic purchasing or a related field
- Proficiency in Indirect Procurement Services
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Agile with a sense of urgency in completing tasks and identifying opportunities
- Excellent presentation, project management, and data analysis skills
- Comfortable with change management and leading initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions and adaptable to new software tools
