Service & Warranty Manager

 

Our client, a premier real estate developer in Philadelphia, is seeking a Service & Warranty Manager to join their Center City based team.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose problems within high-end residential units, plan and direct service/warranty/repair work, interact with homeowners and quality control all repairs. This is a working/managing position so their ideal candidate will have some experience with carpentry/interior and exterior systems.  The ideal candidate must have strong experience with roofing, windows/doors, facades/exterior envelope and be able to diagnose, develop and execute repair plans.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily operations of field service technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ability to identify material quantities, labor needs, scheduling requirements, and scope
  • Familiar with hand and power tools, ladders, and lifts
  • Ability to review home warranties and discuss with homeowners
  • Perform inspections of properties before and after turnover

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience construction, maintenance, service and/or warranty knowledge
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong communications skills with internal and external project teams
