Job Overview – Senior Revenue Accounting Manager (Hybrid):
Join our client in Boston, MA, as a Senior Revenue Accounting Manager, overseeing accurate financial reporting for product revenues and accounts receivable in North America. This temporary role includes collaborating with internal teams, driving process improvements, and supporting new product launches.
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $82 – $86/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager:
- Revenue Accounting: Manage month-end close for product sales and gross to net accounts, with a focus on the Canadian market.
- Model Development: Develop and maintain complex gross to net models and analytics, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
- Market Analysis: Analyze monthly results, trends, and forecast variances, collaborating with market access and finance teams.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives for process enhancements, policy development, and automation.
- New Product Launches: Drive the implementation of accounting policies and procedures for new product launches.
Qualifications for the Senior Revenue Accounting Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 7+ years of related accounting experience (preferably in life sciences or a Big 4 accounting firm).
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Oracle Financial Software preferred.
