Hourly Rate Range: $75,000-$100,000

Location: Boston, MA

 

We are looking for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for full lifecycle external recruitment as well as internal talent mobility across the enterprise. You will partner with hiring managers in Claims, Customer Service, Finance and Product Management departments and will be responsible for the entire recruiting process. You will also be expected to work with the HR Business Partners on various employee related projects.

Skills:

  • Source and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand candidate target and source and fill open positions.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of recruitment best practices, as well as understanding of internal businesses.
  • Use passive and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates and build pipeline.
  • Develop long-term relationships with potential candidates and update our internal applicant tracking system to document and track data.
  • Represent and differentiate to external candidates by effectively describing our unique place in the industry.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience.
  • Advanced level experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment.
  • A drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work.
  • Excellent communication, influence management, and negotiation skills.
