Senior Project Accountant
Job Overview – Senior Project Accountant:
Join a leading construction management company in Philadelphia as a Senior Project Accountant. You will need 3+ years of Project Accounting experience, including expertise in Procore and Sage 300CRE. Proficiency in Cost Plus, GMP, and Lump Sum project accounting is essential. AIA Billing experience is a plus.
Compensation: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Senior Project Accountant Include:
- Manage financial statements, general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and budgets.
- Ensure timeliness of Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliations, and other monthly reporting.
- Reconcile and validate entries, balance sheet, and income statement accounts.
- Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet accounts.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure on-time payments.
Requirements for the Senior Project Accountant Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of Project Accounting experience.
- Procore and Sage 300CRE proficiency.
- Cost Plus, GMP, and Lump Sum project accounting skills.
- AIA Billing experience is a plus.
