Senior Payroll/HR Analyst

Location: Delaware County, PA
 
We are representing a Senior Payroll/HR Analyst opportunity with a well-respected and established construction organization just outside of Philadelphia, PA. The company, which is a regional leader, has been achieving extensive growth year over year. The ideal candidate possesses payroll and HR experience with previous exposure to the public works sector (i.e. HUD, SEPTA).

Highlights about the Company & Position:

  • Well known construction company with many high profile projects in and around Philadelphia
  • Prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll including Union affiliated employees
  • Complete certified payrolls with prevailing wage
  • Prepare payroll for multiple entities
  • Maintain payroll database and the HRIS system
  • Perform data collection for ACA compliance
  • Conduct annual benefits open enrollment for all employees
  • Hybrid schedule

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with payroll administration in the construction industry
  • 3+ years of experience with Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation, preferred
  • Sage and Paylocity software (or equivalent system) experience preferred
  • Familiarity with 401(k) contribution guidelines and reporting
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
