Job Overview – Senior Operations Accountant
Join our client’s team as a Senior Operations Accountant and play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our landscaping public company. Compensation: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Hybrid

Responsibilities as the Senior Operations Accountant include:

  • Financial Statements Management: Lead the preparation and management of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards, and oversee the month-end close process for a similar size market/business.
  • Consolidation ERP Expertise: Utilize expertise in consolidation ERPs, with a preference for experience with Oracle and OneStream, to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Engage with the C-Suite and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and direct exposure to key decision-makers in a mid-sized company setting.

Qualifications of the Senior Operations Accountant include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, or a combination thereof, with a focus on financial statements management and month-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in consolidation ERPs, with experience in Oracle and OneStream considered a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
