Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 + bonus

Job Overview:
The Senior Manager Accounts Payable manages and supervises the accounts payable department staff, ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and delivering departmental spend reporting.
Responsibilities
As Senior Manager Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and supervising the accounts payable department staff
- Ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and maintain accurate records
- Executing weekly vendor disbursement cycles based on vendor's payment method
- Tracking the status of invoice payment submissions to ensure they are approved, reviewed, and paid on time
- Maintaining all accounts payable documentation up to date and accurately
- Overseeing tax-related processes tied to vendor payments for the US and Canada
- Compiling and analyzing financial information for management
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders in the accounts payable process
Qualifications
To be considered for the Senior Manager Accounts Payable role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 7-12 years of experience as AP Manager/Supervisor
- Experience in managing AP in multiple currencies
- Experience with Concur and Lawson systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple constituents
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Concur software
