Job Overview – Senior Level | Financial Services Associate:
As a Senior Level | Financial Services Associate, you will provide support to ensure the smooth operation of various projects and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Associate include:
- Assisting with project coordination and management, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining project documentation

Conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports to support project deliverables and decision-making processes.

Assisting with data entry, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Managing incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate team members

Supporting the preparation and distribution of client communications, presentations, and proposals

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Providing general administrative support, such as organizing files, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements
Qualifications for the Senior Finance Associate include:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)

Previous experience in a support role or administrative position is preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
