Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 + bonus

Location: New York, NY

This role allows for an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic customer service team and leverage your knowledge across various technologies and tools. You will interact with both end-users and internal IT teams, providing excellent client service to help individual business groups achieve their strategic objectives.

Highlights About the Company & Position:

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and patiently, both verbal and written, to end users
  • Direct working experience providing white glove C-level support
  • Experience of working in a modern ITSM ticketing system (Freshdesk would be preferred but not essential)
  • Ensure technical documentation exists for all systems and is kept up to date

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and best practices for delivering IT services
  • Vendor Management and Inventory Management
  • In-depth knowledge of maintaining Windows 10 OS
  • Experience supporting iPhone and iPad
  • Experience with desktop image creation (SCCM and Intune)
  • Supporting VOIP Systems (Avaya is a plus)
