We are hiring for a Senior Human Resources Recruitment Specialist in Chester County. We are looking for someone with HR experience who has great communication ability and will be able to foster great relationships through collaboration with internal and external groups and individuals.



Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify recruiting sources and strategies that relate to staffing needs and manage client hiring manager relationships, communicating recruitment activity, trends, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Develop recruiting budgets; monitor expenditures for both compliance and effectiveness by measuring ROI.

  • Develop job descriptions, researching, and targeting potential candidates and identifying passive candidates.

  • Efficiently screen, interview, and select applicants.

  • Manages ATS functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of candidate information, structuring candidate workflows, generating recruitment metric reports and candidate summaries, and management of careers sites.

  • Negotiate and extend offers of employment and coordinate on-boarding activities including orientation, administering documents, reviewing company policies/practices and ensuring associate completion of scheduled training requirements.


  • Respond to Associate complaints and conduct investigations.

  • Facilitate on-line training content and annual year-end compliance training programs.

  • Respond to unemployment claims and represent the company at hearings, when necessary.

  • Facilitate exit interviews to gather relevant data for retention purposes.

  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding Human Resources.

  • Administer group health and wellness plans by educating employees on benefit plan offerings.

  • Maintain HRIS systems for performance management and compensation administration.

  • Provides systems reporting to perform audits in benefits administration, time and attendance, and compensation for compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study required.

  • Minimum 5 years’ Human Resources required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ talent acquisition/recruitment required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS software required.

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
