Position Overview – Marketing Cloud Analyst:
The Marketing Cloud Analyst (MCA) will be responsible for global marketing automation efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care initiatives. As a key system administrator of the SFDC Marketing Cloud platform, you will be responsible for campaign creation, management, and general administrative functions.
Compensation: $70.00 / hourly
Location: Middlesex County, MA – Remote
Responsibilities of the MCA include:
- Collaborate with global marketing, customer care, and other departments to define new campaign requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and execution of campaigns
- Maintain and optimize existing campaigns within Marketing Cloud, ensuring ongoing efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing technical questions related to Marketing Cloud
- Document workflow processes, testing procedures, and standard operating protocols as per business requirements
- Provide regular updates to business users on project statuses, enhancements, and support tickets
- Develop reports and assist the marketing team with data analysis to showcase campaign ROI
- Focus on campaign logic and implementation, including HTML forms and page layout enhancements
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools relevant to marketing automation
- Perform other duties
Qualifications of the MAA:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target Marketing Automation tool
- Proficiency in HTML for enhancing marketing campaigns and content
- Familiarity and experience with Marketing Cloud AMPScript
- Working knowledge of SQL for building Data Extensions
- Understanding of acquisition and retention-based marketing campaign management and outbound email administration
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for sales and marketing functions
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
- Ability to analyze processes, design improvements, and train users on new processes
