Title: Restorations Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the restoration, renovations, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes, deconstruction, and reconstruction principles.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team coordination.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commercial and residential restoration experience preferred.
