Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure the entire sourcing to hire runs smoothly, efficiently, and supports the annual hiring goals.
  • Drive a team culture of constant improvement.
  • Identify relevant media channels to promote employer brand through recruitment advertising.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to establish the employment brand.
  • Create standardized reporting systems that will regularly lead to the identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruiting programs.
  • Maintain, improve, and organically refine current recruiting data metrics (e.g., Leads, Offers, Starts, etc.) and reports on relevant statistics weekly.
  • Leverages key dashboard tracking analytics and impact metrics to grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruiting team
  • Lead, develop, and manage high performing Sourcing and Interviewing teams.

 

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of senior recruiting experience required
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems required.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field preferred.
  • Marketing/brand building experience preferred.
  • High growth business experience preferred.
  • ATS conversion project experience preferred.
