The Atlantic Group is representing an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Manager role with a World Class international retail group.
Responsibilities:
- New site identification, assessment, and negotiation
- Identify, assess, and select new store locations and manage the acquisition process from the initial site feasibility and assessment to completion
- Present detailed and commercially oriented site selection recommendations to upper management
- Negotiate terms for new stores and when terms are agreed, work with company lawyers until the closing of the transaction
- Work closely with project team in store design, development, construction and operations
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related role
- 5+ years of real estate experience
- Track record of developing, driving, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate deals
- Experience negotiating and closing deals with malls is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and provide critical thinking and judgment needed to evaluate complex situations and solve problems
- Financially savvy and conversant with various methods of property financial appraisals
