Job Overview – Project Manager (Refrigeration Systems):
Join our client in Bucks County, PA, as a Project Manager overseeing the installation and implementation of refrigeration systems for industrial and commercial facilities. You will manage project timelines, financial performance, and client relationships, ensuring successful installations and customer satisfaction.
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000/year + bonus
Location: Bucks County, PA
Responsibilities as the Project Manager (Refrigeration Systems):
- Project Oversight: Manage the installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems, working closely with internal teams, field staff, and customers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with engineers, customers, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Review project scopes, manage cost estimates, and ensure project deadlines and financial performance are met.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication between teams and clients, and resolve issues effectively to keep projects on track.
- Prioritization: Handle shifting project priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications for the Project Manager (Refrigeration Systems):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5+ years of Project Management experience required (Refrigeration or Construction industry preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
