Compensation: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 + bonus
Location: Atlantic County, NJ – Onsite

Responsibilities as the Project Manager / Project Administrator Include:

  • Review architectural/engineering plans, extracting relevant scopes for bidding.
  • Create RFPs, manage proposal communications, and analyze proposals. Screen proposals for accuracy and generate bid comparison sheets.
  • Draft contracts and project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Oversee material procurement processes to support project needs.
  • Create, monitor, and update spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project information.
  • Interface with contractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate effective project communication.
  • Scan and electronically file documents for easy retrieval and organization.
  • Receive, review, and track invoices and payments, contributing to project financial management.
  • Assist the Director of Construction in various property management tasks, such as scheduling inspections and coordinating vendor responses to property issues.

Requirements for the Project Manager / Project Administrator Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction and/or property management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with basic real estate terminology.
