The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative role with phenomenal growth potential.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and administrative staff supporting the projects are fulfilling all aspects of their responsibilities for the project.
  • RFIs, submittals, applications for payments, schedules, budget management, notifications, reports, etc.
  • Update upper management regularly on project status, financial status, schedule status and risk management.
  • Manage the closeout process, including commissioning, as-built drawings, punch list, O&M, warranties, subcontract closeout, local bond releases, final inspection, and occupancy.
  • Identify, solicit, and qualify new general contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.


  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, ground up experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract documents, blueprints, specifications, engineering reports, safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
  • High level in effectively communicating accurately in verbal and written formats including but not limited to the management of design and progress meetings as well as executive reporting if called upon.
