Project Manager/APM

 

Atlantic Group is currently representing a Project Manager opportunity with a successful HVAC and plumbing contractor operating in the Philadelphia market. The successful candidate will have experience and enjoying managing projects and employees with a focus on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projects.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the bid process for projects and communicate opportunities to the Division Director.
  • Create and communicate detailed bid estimates to appropriate parties.
  • Work with vendors and sub-contractors to provide various quote options for jobs.
  • Develop project proposals that include cost, scope and schedules.
  • Attend and lead meetings with clients, sub-contractors and team members to insure timely execution of projects.

 

 

 Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience on construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ideally with a focus on MEP.
  • Strong history of meeting deadlines and managing detailed project timelines.
  • High level communication and organizational skills, especially as it pertains to working with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office, construction scheduling, and relevant project management software.
