The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for a Project Manager with phenomenal growth potential. Our client is a General Contractor/Construction Manager specializing in civil and site work. This candidate will provide leadership and manage the project from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.).
- Coordinate project schedule with subcontractors/vendors and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Assist with estimation and bidding/award process for projects.
- Provide on-site supervision as needed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in construction industry.
- Experience in the civil and sitework construction industries.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
