Title: Project Estimator
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 + bonus
Location: North Jersey
Atlantic Group is looking for a Project Estimator to work with a prominent North Jersey client, contributing to their growth story. Our client is a respected Regional General Contractor with a legacy of over 100 years. If you're well-versed in estimating and have a strong understanding of the North Jersey market, this is your chance to shine. As part of the Estimating and Preconstruction teams, you will craft project bids, assess contracts, and lead bid meetings. Your role as Project Estimator will involve reviewing plans and specifications to generate accurate estimates for facility projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a successful team and support the ongoing growth of the company as their primary Project Estimator.
Project Estimator Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced professionals in a renowned construction firm.
- Engage in creating project bids, contract reviews, and bid meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of construction experience, with a specific focus on estimating.
- Proficient in estimating across various commercial construction trades.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with the New Jersey market and established relationships with subcontractors.
