As a Program Manager, you will work with a domestic and international community to coordinate cultural understanding between students and professors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise US-based program coordinators providing training, guidance, support, and improving the team’s performance through critical feedback
  • Coordinate US-based program coordinators through recruitment, contracting, billing, and payment
  • Manage operational administration, logistics, and communications
  • Ensure the operations policies and procedures are executed
  • Coordinate with the international teams for program execution and system set up and improvement
  • Coordinate with professors and students through each phase of the academic research program to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop new policies and methods to improve the performance of the program coordinators

Provide technical and academic support and training to students

  • Schedule group/individual sessions with professors and students
  • Engage and follow up with students, parents and teachers through calls
  • Run weekly program management meetings with team members to discuss issues and progress of research cohorts

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of three years of work experience, preferably education related
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills with willingness to take initiative
  • Willingness to work during non-regular hours with the international team through multiple time zones
  • Willingness to travel occasionally nationally and internationally
  • Strong interest in online education and passion to help students succeed in academic programs
  • Commitment to being a patient, optimistic and supportive team player and leader
