Job Overview:
We are hiring a Product Support Associate-Credit to join our client’s team in New York. As a crucial member of the firm, you will play a key role in supporting credit-related products. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data management, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring accurate and timely information delivery. 

Responsibilities:
In the role of Product Support Associate-Credit, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in the management of credit-related product data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with different departments, including Front Office, Legal, Technology, and Operations, to gather and provide relevant information
  • Ensure timely delivery of product-related data and reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of data management systems and tools
  • Conduct regular reviews of data quality, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit products
  • Provide ad-hoc support and assistance to the Product Support team 

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Product Support Associate-Credit role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar product support role, preferably with a focus on credit products
  • Strong knowledge of credit products, including an understanding of credit instruments and relevant market conventions
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis, with experience using relevant tools and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve data-related issues
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders
