Job Overview – Private Equity Associate
We're seeking a driven individual to join our client’s firm as a Private Equity Associate. Compensation: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 + bonus
Location: Baltimore County, MD
Responsibilities of the Private Equity Associate:
- Evaluate investment opportunities across various sectors, identifying risks and opportunities for value creation.
- Perform thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments, utilizing financial models, valuation techniques, and market research.
- Assist in managing existing portfolio companies by monitoring performance, analyzing financial results, and developing growth strategies.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating investment analysis and recommendations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders, representing the firm professionally and building trust in our capabilities.
- Support senior team members throughout the deal process, from initial screening to negotiation and closing.
Qualifications of the Private Equity Associate:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
- Investment banking and private equity experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with senior executives and clients.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
