Job Overview – Personal Lines Insurance Supervisor:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing and growing our book of clients in the insurance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with insurance expertise to step into a supervisory role. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and training our personal insurance team, setting and achieving department goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is key to our agency's growth and success.
Compensation: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 + bonus
Location: Wayne, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Insurance Supervisor Include:
- Lead, coach, and manage the personal insurance team to achieve quarterly goals
- Quote new business with a quick turnaround time and communicate effectively with referral sources
- Maintain client retention, handle renewals, and educate clients about agency benefits
- Coach and train team members on system use, carrier appetite, and sales/service skills
- Enhance the customer experience by monitoring call return times, implementing follow-up protocols, and maintaining excellent service
Requirements for the Personal Lines Insurance Supervisor Include:
- 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- P&C license required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Comfort with a fast-paced work environment
