Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are the key to this great role! We are hiring for an HR position of Payroll Auditor to join our team in Chester County, PA. In this role you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SOX compliance. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit payroll adjustment and entries and run payroll reports.

  • Pull payroll files weekly; assist with timecard errors/unapproved cards.

  • Create and review GL reports; run weekly payroll reports.

  • Complete monthly new hire audit and weekly 10% variance audit, monthly headcount and OT report.

  • Run monthly and quarterly vacation accrual reports.

  • Provide backup payroll processing and/or compensation/finance manager duties as necessary.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years payroll/accounting experience required.

  • Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Financial/cost analysis experience preferred.

  • Ultimate Software and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
