The Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager role in the Commercial/Retail/Industrial industry with phenomenal growth potential.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring all major aspects of the development.
  • Obtain permits, evaluate proposals, monitor progress, arrange meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date project progress information.
  • Work closely with the GC/CM, on schedule.
  • No profit and loss responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in Commercial, Retail, or Industrial industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to manage shifting priorities and work equally well independently and with a team.
  • Must have excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Passion and drive to get the job done right, and commitment to producing the highest quality work.
