Atlantic Group is currently representing a Project Manager/Owners Rep opportunity with a prominent Owners Rep firm providing Project Management solutions to a diverse client base.  This 40+ year old company consists of employees with diverse professional backgrounds.  The Owners Rep Project Manager will meet with clients on-site or virtually.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients in healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and senior living sectors managing capital projects
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction companies
  • Conduct progress report meetings and monitor projects through the entire life cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related major
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, architectural, or engineering project management
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable
