Title: Operations Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Atlantic Group is representing an opportunity for an Operations Manager with a great understanding of site work construction to join our client’s team. Our client is a General Contractor/Construction Manager specializing in sports construction, turf installation, civil, and site work. This Operations Manager will lead on all phases of projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction, construction, project closeout, and business development for all projects.
- Manage the project team including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents for any given project.
- Work directly with clients, subcontractors and the internal team to successfully deliver projects.
- Drive project schedules to ensure key dates are met.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of construction management experience.
- Sports construction or turf installation experience.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated competency in scheduling, procurement, budget/cost control, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
