Job Overview – MEP Coordinator

Compensation: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Onsite
Responsibilities as the MEP Coordinator include:
- Develop comprehensive MEP plans for datacenter projects in collaboration with project management while supervising the Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in datacenter projects.
- Review and analyze MEP design plans and specifications, resolving coordination issues as needed.
- Conduct site inspections, document MEP activities, and assist in commissioning and testing of MEP systems.
Qualifications for the MEP Coordinator include:
- 5+ years of experience in MEP coordination, with a focus on datacenter projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration within data centers.
- Proficiency in MEP design and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for datacenter MEP systems.
