Job Overview:
In this role you will utilize your knowledge and expertise to assess and address the psychosocial needs of patients, develop treatment plans, and connect them with resources to help assist them.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), you will play a vital and fulfilling role in providing compassionate care and support to patients within a healthcare setting. Your duties will encompass a range of responsibilities, which may include, but are not limited to —

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental, emotional, and social functioning

Developing treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals

Providing individual and group therapy, as well as family counseling

Helping clients identify and access appropriate community resources and services

Advocating for clients' needs and rights

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Participating in interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care

Staying up-to-date with current research and best practices in social work
Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work from an accredited program

Valid state licensure as a LMSW

Knowledge of social work theory, practice, and ethics

Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration:
$40-$45/hour (salary range is contingent upon individual levels of experience)
