Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 + bonus

Job Overview:
As a Junior Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to the investment research team. Working closely with two senior research coordinators, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the world of finance and contribute to a renowned investment firm.
Requirements:
In the role of Junior Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following —
- Coordinate calendars and logistics for calls, meetings, and HQ visits
- Manage research subscriptions, contracts, and association memberships
- Schedule, transcribe, and organize internal meetings, including note-taking
- Coordinate strategy marketing binders and deliverables
- Code and monitor entries in the analyst calendar
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training events
- Coordinate department-wide engagement activities and off-site events
- Provide coverage support for administrative professionals.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Junior Research Coordinator role, you should have —
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (preferably in financial services)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work well in a team
- Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
