Position Overview – IT Support Manager:
Our client, a growing financial services firm, is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead a team of desktop support technicians and manage IT infrastructure projects. This is a chance to leverage your technical skills and customer service mindset to enable business growth.

Compensation: $120,000.00 – 140,000.00 + bonus
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities as the IT Support Manager include:

  • Managing team of service desk technicians
  • Driving continuous improvement of IT support
  • Holding vendors accountable to SLAs
  • Implementing self-service and automation
  • Managing major incident response
  • Leading infrastructure upgrade projects
  • Making data-driven recommendations
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Supporting systems like Windows, Office 365

Qualifications for the IT Support Manager include:

  • 7+ years of IT support experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of business systems
