We are looking for someone to join our IT team as an Infrastructure Analyst. This role is based out of Springfield, PA and will support all networking and technology administration. JOB DUTIES:
- Work on projects across all technology platforms
- Implement automation(s) for recurring IT/Service Desk tasks to eliminate manual work and reduce mistakes
- Evaluate current workflows and help find opportunities for automation/improvement
- Provision equipment for new locations, including computers, security cameras, network equipment
- Resolve escalated service requests and incidents
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting/support as needed
- Work with vendors regarding orders and outages
- Maintain the health of important network and infrastructure systems by keeping them organized, up-to-date, and free of defunct items
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Azure, InTune, PowerShell, automation tools, and scripting heavily preferred
- Windows 10 administration and networking heavily preferred
- Office 365 required
- Core network concepts and design
- Intune MDM, PC imaging tools and software packaging
