Job Overview – IT Executive Support Engineer:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Executive Support Engineer to join our client’s global support team. In this role based in their West Palm Beach office, you will provide white glove service to key US executives, offering onsite and remote technical assistance to the user community of over 500 individuals globally.

Compensation: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Responsibilities as the IT Executive Support Engineer include:

  • Maintaining white glove service levels for key US executives, providing both in-office and residential support
  • Swiftly and effectively monitoring and responding to requests through the IT Helpdesk
  • Delivering excellent customer service experiences to all end users
  • Independently identifying, diagnosing, researching, tracking, and resolving complex technical problems
  • Escalating issues and coordinating user assistance from third parties or other IT groups as necessary
  • Working effectively within a cooperative and global team environment
  • Troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, user accounts, trading environments, operating systems, and mobility
  • Maintaining a senior level of knowledge and involvement in various aspects of our trading environment
  • Communicating effectively with individuals in a professional manner, both face-to-face and through written and verbal communication
  • Participating in departmental, project, and global team meetings
  • Being adaptable with shifts and onsite work: Monday to Friday Day Shift, and participating in a rotating on-call, on-site, and after-hours/weekends schedule

IT Support Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BS in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in Executive support, preferably supporting VIPs in financial services
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic computer/technical issues
  • Experience with desktop hardware, peripherals, printers, mobility solutions, Apple computers, various operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, VDI, Citrix environments, and collaboration/video conferencing platforms
  • Capacity to learn and support proprietary technologies specific to our business
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to shifting schedules
  • Operational scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, VBS, Batch) is desirable
  • Relevant certifications are preferable but not mandatory
