Compensation: $90,000-$140,000 + bonus
Location: Greenwich, CT

Credit Management firm is looking to hire 1-2 Internal Wholesalers to support the External Wholesalers with new prospects (brokers) in the IBD (independent broker-dealer) and RIA (registered investment advisor) marketplace. The main responsibilities are outbound sales calls, product presentations, and general sales support.

Highlights About the Company & Position:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and referrals;
  • Drive attendance to various External Wholesaler meetings, conferences, webinars/firm events;
  • Work with External Wholesaler(s) and supervisor to establish an effective meeting schedule with key prospects and existing producers;
  • Manage prospects and producers throughout the entire sales cycle;
  • Help build and manage the territory calendar, rotation, and ranking of advisors;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily activities in the CRM system to include calls, emails and all follow-up activity;
  • Develop outstanding product knowledge of Eagle Point’s product suite with strong positioning strategies;
  • Continually improve knowledge of the economy, financial markets, and Alternative Investments;
  • Provide frequent updates to External Wholesalers regarding the process.
  • Assist and resolve escalated client service matters, when necessary;
  • Adhere to all compliance/company guidelines and requirements.


  • 3+ years of internal sales experience and/or cold calling in the financial services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • General knowledge of the financial services and real estate industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the market and competition.
  • Individual should have knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others’ attention and demonstrates solid group presentation skills.
  • Takes initiative and measures self against standard of excellence; sets and achieves challenging goals.
  • Superior ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
