Job Overview – HR Service Center Representative:
Join our trusted healthcare client in Tampa, FL, as an HR Service Center Representative. In this contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing support for benefits, policies, and recruitment processes.
Compensation: $19/hour
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities as the HR Service Center Representative:
- Employee Support: Address Tier 1 HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve basic issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Data Entry: Manage employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of interactions and maintain compliance with relevant laws.
- Resource Guidance: Provide employees with tools and information to address common HR concerns.
Qualifications for the HR Service Center Representative:
- Education: High School Diploma required (Associate’s Degree preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in HR Administration or Call Center environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for professional interactions.
- Location: Candidates must be located within 30 miles of Tampa, FL.
