Hiring NOW for a HR Benefits Specialist! Join our great team as part of a globalcompany based out of Malvern, PA. We are seeking someone with a few years of experience, ready to take ownership of the role and bring great attention to detail and communication skills to the table. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Enrolling employees with carriers and processing life status change

  • Ensuring the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information

  • Creating and analyzing 401k reports

  • Responding to inquiries about plan provisions, benefits enrollments, and status changes

  • Processing all benefits invoicing, with an eye for accuracy and completeness

  • Assisting with all aspects of HR Operations

  • Performing the regular open enrollment audit

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a Human Resources role, with Benefits administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
