Positive and professional HR Administrator wanted in Fairmount Philadelphia! We are hiring for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide a range of clerical support to their internal department. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, detail oriented, results oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.   • Provides administrative support as needed for HR Department for meeting and trainings 
  • Assist in the recruiting and onboarding process for new hires 
  • Photocopy and scan documents
  • Type routine correspondence, drafts, correspondence, memos, job descriptions, job opening announcements
  • Greet visitors and answer phones in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner
  • Handle routine inquiries related to attendance, benefits, and other general Human Resources information
  • Enter resumes in PeopleSoft Applicant Tracking System and sends resumes received and rejected letters to applicants
  • Schedule telephone screens and interviews for selected applicants
  • Perform online criminal background, driver’s license, online transcript, and other professional license checks
  • Schedule employees and enter training data into PeopleSoft HRIS
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and New Employee Presentation (PowerPoint)
  • Maintains and updates HRIS, Personnel System Attendance and Personnel Information manuals


  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience, 1 year of experience supproting HR
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS 
  • Bilingual preferred not but required
