Title: Assistant Controller
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 + benefits
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Atlantic Group is searching for an Assistant Controller to join a prestigious hospitality client of ours with renowned locations across multiple states. As the Assistant Controller, you will support financial reporting, internal controls, staff training, tax reporting, and fixed assets. Working closely with the CFO, you will ensure accurate financial information and contribute to smooth accounting operations. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close, as well as proficiency in accounting software. Highlights about Company and Position:
- Support the CFO in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax requirements.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Onsite schedule – 5 days a week in office.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Hospitality experience required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
