Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation (Hybrid – Temp)
Location: Los Angeles or New York (hybrid, 3 days in-office, 2 at home)
Compensation: $40/hour agency
Assignment Duration: Through July 28, possible extension

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Financial Presentation Temp to join the Corporate Communications & Branding team in Los Angeles or New York. This position will involve supporting the team in the production and development of various marketing materials and digital assets. The successful candidate will have strong skills in designing presentations in PowerPoint, collaborating with the events team for customized materials, advising on brand and design decisions, providing support across departments, and converting text and data into compelling designs.

  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of marketing and firm-wide presentations and brochures, primarily designed in PowerPoint
  • Collaborating with the Events team to produce customized materials for in-person and virtual events
  • Collaborating and advising on brand and design decisions across various stakeholders
  • Participating in quality assurance checks for prepared materials
  • Providing PowerPoint, Word and Excel presentation support across departments and various stakeholders
  • Learning or applying proficiency in UpSlide (PowerPoint application) to design firm, investment team and corporate structure charts, tables and graphs in PowerPoint
  • Designing for optimal quality across various devices
  • Converting text and data into compelling designs that support business efforts across multiple channels
  • Organizing graphics queue to support project intake
  • Providing digital marketing/Pardot email support across various marketing distributions


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a financial, legal or insurance firm
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced skills designing, formatting, and charting in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong knowledge of design concepts, practices and procedures
  • Ability to design on a PC
  • HTML design experience a plus
  • UpSlide experience a plus
