Role Overview – Fund Structuring Principal:
A leading global investment manager is seeking a Fund Structuring Principal to architect governance and operational foundations enabling the launch of proprietary private fund strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage exceptional project leadership and deep fund formation knowledge to configure LP agreements, manage entity selection, coordinate legal counsel, and promote seamless capital-raising momentum through optimized investor eligibility terms across vehicles.

Compensation: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 + bonus
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities of the Fund Structuring Principal include:
•    Advising deal and distribution teams on fund construction options
•    Leading new fund entity coordination and registration
•    Executing investor class creations and reorganizations
•    Managing subscription facilities and lending relationships
•    Supporting fund recapitalizations and secondary sales
•    Overseeing fund board governance and meetings logistics
•    Building playbooks and automating repeatable processes
•    Identifying integrations enhancing the fund lifecycle

Qualifications for the Fund Structuring Principal include:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
•    7+ years in fund administration or capital raising
•    Private equity and credit facility experience
•    Leadership presence with execution talents
•    Passion for optimizing operational foundations
