Title: Financial Services Senior Accountant
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 + bonus

Our client is looking for a talented Financial Services Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. This newly created role is a testament to their growth and success.
Highlights About Company & Position:
- The Financial Services Senior Accountant offers a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting journey with room for advancement
- Position will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries, and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Financial Services Senior Accountant will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Hybrid schedule – 3 days a week in office
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience, with strong preference for financial services industry exposure.
- Open to straight corporate, straight public, or combination.
- CPA preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in General Ledger softwares/systems, and Microsoft Excel.
