In this role, you'll oversee financial reporting processes, support external audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Controller, you'll play a vital part in our client’s Accounting and Finance organization, serving as a key resource for financial reporting within the company.
Compensation: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Hybrid (Flexible days; no set requirements)

Responsibilities as the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Manager Include:
- Lead a team responsible for monthly internal financial reports, quarterly external financial statements, and general ledger consolidation.
- Manage the quarterly earnings and SEC filing process, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements and overseeing the comment-clearing process.
- Support external audits, including pre-audit planning, interim testing, and compliance with financial reporting and technical accounting matters.
- Analyze and track disclosure requirements for new accounting standards, assist in general ledger consolidation, and provide valuable insights to senior management.
Requirements for the Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Manager Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
- 6+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably public.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- JDE, CoStar, Active Disclosure, or OneStream proficiency preferred.
