Responsibilities as the Facilities Coordinator:
- Mail Management: Open, scan, and deliver mail to all departments.
- Package Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events, including moving tables and chairs.
- Executive Support: Perform errands and other tasks as needed to support executives.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Provide assistance with various mailroom and facilities-related tasks as required.
Qualifications for the Facilities Coordinator:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in facilities, mailroom, or office support roles preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
