Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Temp to Perm):
Join our client as an Executive Assistant (Temp to Perm) in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with experience supporting C-suite executives and board members. You will manage executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, oversee administrative processes, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and gain exposure to executive leadership.
Compensation: $30 – $35/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
- Executive Scheduling & Travel: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for executive and board meetings.
- Administrative Support: Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain organized records.
- Board & Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare materials, facilitate communication, and support board and committee meetings.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize executive meetings, conferences, and special events, overseeing logistics and budgets.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain contact records, track stakeholder engagement, and leverage Salesforce for reporting.
- Project & Communication Support: Assist with executive-led initiatives and serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong preference for supporting C-suite executives and board members.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills to manage priorities, engage with stakeholders, and maintain professionalism, with a proactive mindset for problem-solving and process improvement.
