Job Overview – Director of Sales (Healthcare):
Step into a leadership role as the Director of Sales with our healthcare client in Bronx, NY, driving sales and marketing for senior living communities. This full-time role focuses on growing census through strategic referral networks, optimizing service utilization, and executing marketing initiatives to expand community outreach and engagement.
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year + bonus
Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Director of Sales (Healthcare):
- Sales Strategy: Drive census growth through networking, event planning, and public relations.
- Community Outreach: Build relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Census Growth: Develop strategies to maintain and expand Private Pay, Medicaid Assisted Living, and Independent Living Apartments.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report outreach outcomes, providing strategic direction regularly.
- Marketing & Sales Planning: Execute targeted marketing strategies to drive occupancy and service utilization.
- Operational & Compliance Oversight: Ensure quality standards, market responsiveness, and adherence to policies and audits.
Qualifications for the Director of Sales (Healthcare):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing or healthcare settings.
- Skills: Strong leadership, networking, and relationship-building abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales and marketing data.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
